Re-imagining Early Careers in Finance and Professional Services in the Age of AI

About this event

This workshop brings together finance and professional services leaders from across Greater Manchester to explore how the sector can build early-career pathways that work for employers, young people and the regional economy.

The session examines how organisations can redesign entry-level routes when AI automates routine tasks that traditionally helped junior staff develop judgment and capability.

Attendees hear from keynote speakers on successful youth employment programmes, participate in a panel discussion with up to five FPS leaders sharing real-world approaches to recruitment and partnerships with education bodies, and contribute to interactive roundtables on specific challenges. The event is fully funded and subject to funder eligibility criteria.
