Out & About Carpets & Flooring

About

Out & About Carpets & Flooring is an independent mobile flooring service based in Manchester and operating across Greater Manchester.

The business supplies and fits carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate and luxury vinyl tile (LVT), with showroom locations in Stockport, Altrincham and Heald Green. Product ranges include twist pile and loop pile carpets, wool blends, and man-made options from manufacturers such as Cormar Carpets, Westex, Furlong Flooring, Quick Step and Polyflor.

The service operates on a choose-at-home basis, with flooring experts visiting customers to measure, provide quotations and arrange fitting. Customers are assigned a dedicated point of contact—either David or Theo—who manages the appointment, recommends fitters and oversees the entire process. A 50 per cent deposit secures the order, with the final payment requested only after fitting is complete.
