Respect for All

About

Respect for All is a nonprofit organisation based in Salford that provides specialist mental wellbeing support for autistic people and their families and carers across Greater Manchester.

From April 2026, the organisation's NHS autism services are commissioned by NHS Greater Manchester.

The organisation offers a range of therapeutic services delivered by qualified counsellors and student practitioners, including person-centred therapy, integrative therapy, solution-focused approaches, trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, executive functioning coaching, and art therapy. Services are tailored to support both low to mid-level needs such as anxiety and depression, and more complex presentations including dual-diagnosis, trauma, and eating disorders.

Referrals are accepted from autistic individuals and their families, as well as from health professionals. Clients must have an autism diagnosis or be on a recognised diagnostic pathway. The organisation also works with autistic people with co-occurring conditions such as ADHD or learning disabilities.
