The HelpLine is a confidential telephone support service based in Salford, operating since 2020.
It provides anonymous, free-to-call support for members of the Jewish community facing personal, emotional or mental health challenges.
The service operates around the clock, including during Shabbat and Jewish festivals. Calls are not recorded and callers' numbers are not visible to staff, ensuring complete anonymity. The HelpLine was developed in consultation with community rabbis, Jewish leaders and mental health professionals.
